🎯 Requirements

• Quantitative background (CS, Stats, Eng, Econ, Physics).
• Strong problem-solving mindset: root-cause, hypothesis-driven.
• Domain curiosity in blockchain, fraud, AML, or cybercrime.
• 6+ years analytics; SQL, Python, AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Claude Code).
• Distributed data systems: Spark, BigQuery, Airflow; prod code.
• Strong async comms (Loom, Slack, Notion) and remote ownership.
