Senior Data Scientist, Lending

📋 Description

• Partner with Lending Product, Eng, Risk, and Finance to shape strategy.
• Build an experimentation and A/B testing program across MyPay, Instant Loans, SpotMe.
• Drive data-informed decisions with self-service analytics for PMs/engineers.
• Apply causal inference, time-series, forecasting; ML for segmentation.
• Own lending funnel metrics and use them to drive experiments.
• Define good metrics; build dashboards for portfolio health and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on data science in product/FinTech or credit.
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python.
• Applied statistics, experimental design, A/B testing; ML for business.
• Trusted advisor to senior partners; influence adoption and risk tradeoffs.
• Proactive problem discovery; explore data and propose opportunities.
• Strong business intuition; prioritization frameworks (RICE, Eisenhower).
