• 5+ years analytical experience with SQL and Python for large datasets.
• Trusted advisor to senior leadership; influence strategy across product, marketing, engineering.
• Proven track record of leading long-term analytical initiatives with impact.
• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistics.
• Experience building data products — dashboards, self-service tools, or reusable analytics.
