📋 Description

• Uncover incremental impact of marketing investments using experimental and quasi-experimental
• Develop and maintain response-curve and elasticity models for budget allocation across channels
• Contribute to Marketing Mix Model development, specification, prior elicitation, validation
• Extend bid-target steering beyond Google Search Ads to Display, Meta, Bing Ads
• Explore data-driven attribution using web behavioural data and benchmark against third-party
• Present model findings to marketing and cross-functional stakeholders via dashboards and apps

🎯 Requirements

• Statistical Modelling & Causal Inference with Bayesian methods; experience with PyMC or similar
• Python & Data Stack: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; strong data visualization (Matplotlib/Plotly)
• SQL & Cloud Infrastructure: querying large datasets in AWS (Athena/Redshift); Airflow a plus
• Machine Learning: supervised/unsupervised techniques, production-ready models
• Online Marketing Knowledge: paid search/display, tROAS/tCPA concepts
• Communication & Collaboration: translating model outputs into narratives; Dashboarding with
