Senior Data Scientist, People and Talent

📋 Description

• Own and manage all People & Talent data assets, models, pipelines, governance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve analytics for P&T, Finance, Eng.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize requests and roadmap.
• Act as SME on people data, defining metrics, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Enable AI-powered analytics and self-serve tools to scale P&T analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science/analytics with end-to-end ownership of data models, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python and/or R, with experience in large datasets and transformations.
• Experience with Databricks (Delta) and dbt.
• Hands-on HR and recruiting data systems experience (BambooHR, Ashby, HRIS/ATS).
• Experience with AI-powered analytics or LLM-enabled data access is a plus.
