Senior Data Scientist, Product

📋 Description

• Frame business requirements and objectives as succinct data science problems.
• Extract, clean and transform data for Integrated Customer Experience problems.
• Deploy analytics and ML models across the Ajua Product Stack.
• Collaborate with product teams to design experiments and report results.
• Pursue data science skill growth; write readable code; anticipate product issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data science and ML; degree in CS/Stats/Math/Engineering.
• Fluent in Python and SQL; strong with numpy/scipy/spacy; basic R.
• Experience with end-to-end ML; NLP is a plus; TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Publications or patents a plus; stay current with ML research.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
• Ability to align contributions with data product delivery and risk mitigation.
