Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and R&D leadership to define metrics.
• Own analytics strategy, domain metrics, goal setting, and reporting.
• Lead experimentation, test design, instrumentation, and analysis.
• Partner with our Relevance team to evaluate and benchmark ML models.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and marketplace performance.
• Build dashboards and reporting for data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Data Scientist or Product Analyst driving product strategy.
• Expert-level SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and statistics.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Python for analytics (Jupyter notebooks, pandas).
• Strong business intuition and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
