📋 Description

• Define metrics to evaluate AI-native features.
• Analyze large-scale conversation data (prompts, edits, retries).
• Build semantic frameworks for user intent and model behavior.
• Shape the product roadmap with prioritized insights.
• Run end-to-end experiments and translate results into actions.
• Mentor analysts and raise the team's technical bar.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science or Product Analytics with conversation data.
• Hands-on with AI/ML-driven products (LLMs, ranking, generation).
• Strong modelling: regression, classification, clustering, survival.
• SQL and Python fluency; reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Experiment design and statistical inference; modern data stack tools: dbt, Snowflake, Looker.
• Nice to have: Amplitude/Mixpanel; NLP/text analytics; semantic search, prompt analytics.
