Senior Data Scientist - Real Estate

📋 Description

• Build and deploy predictive models for lead scoring, agent matching, price, and conversion.
• Develop production-grade RAG/GraphRAG pipelines and knowledge graphs.
• Write Databricks transforms (SQL/PySpark) and SQL queries across ClickHouse/PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy model/LLM outputs to production using Inngest.
• Analyze MLS data to surface market trends and inform product features.
• Design product experiments with PostHog; build dashboards in Hex and Metabase.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data science or applied ML in product-led environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency, PostgreSQL required; ClickHouse a plus.
• Hands-on Python with pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
• Experience with regression, classification, forecasting, and clustering.
• Proven RAG/LLM workflow deployment in production.
• Strong A/B testing design, execution, and statistical analysis.
