📋 Description

• Own high-visibility data science initiatives
• Design measurements for Trust defenses and impact
• Lead experiments and quasi-experiments across teams
• Build Bayesian models to quantify risk and effects
• Translate findings into strategic product and policy decisions
• Communicate robust analyses to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quantitative analysis with Master's (or 2+ years with PhD)
• Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference
• Strong Bayesian modeling for measurement and decision-making
• Design and lead experiments in complex environments
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R; strong DB skills
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights
• Excellent judgment navigating ambiguity and cross-functional influence
