📋 Description

• Embed within one or more product development teams, delivering data products and analyses that move
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance across product development
• Own prioritization and ROI assessment of Data Science opportunities within Growth.
• Translate complex findings into narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to analytical foundations within Growth with definitions, guidelines, and self-serve
• Mentor and learn from other Data Scientists across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist embedded with or supporting a product development team.
• Exceptional communication skills to distill quantitative work into actionable insights.
• Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field, or
• Strong command of SQL, Python or R, AI tools, and data/analytics engineering ecosystems.
• Fluency with standard machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
