Senior Data Scientist (Women Applicants Only)

📋 Description

• Architect and deploy ML systems to production (chatbots, search)
• Design and run experiments to validate models
• Analyze data (structured and unstructured) to improve models
• Develop LL-powered apps; test prompts; evaluate agents and prompts
• Contribute to Data Science Guilds, design reviews and demos
• Work in product squads delivering features and excellent UX

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python
• Deep ML knowledge: regression, classification, clustering; neural nets; feature selection
• Experience deploying ML systems to production
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong English
• Knowledge of applied generative AI: AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM finetuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
• Experience providing technical leadership for other data scientists
