• Senior Data Solution Designer to join SEEK’s Data Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable data products and models.
• Work at the intersection of data engineering, business analysis and solution design.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Shape data strategies and data quality processes across SEEK.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business-facing capabilities; map business problems to technical solutions.
• Awareness of Data Science concepts and methodologies.
• SQL, Python, DBT; data modelling (3NF, Kimball, Data Vault).
• Data warehousing and data lake concepts.
• Experience with data quality, testing, monitoring of pipelines.
• Engage with agentic solutions and emerging data technologies.
