Senior Data Strategy Specialist

📋 Description

• Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end analytics and strategy projects, managing timelines, RACI, and
• Lead the strategic design of data solutions—including reports, dashboards, and analytical
• Design and implement KPI frameworks and measurement plans that align with client business
• Own complex, ad-hoc analyses that answer ambiguous client questions, delivering clear and
• Apply advanced data science techniques, including machine learning, regression analysis, and
• Translate complex data and analytical outputs into compelling narratives that are understandable

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, or management
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder data projects from conception to delivery
• Strong data science fundamentals, including experience with ML models, statistical testing, and
• Ability to design measurement strategies and KPI frameworks tied to business outcomes
• Excels at translating ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
