Senior Data Support Manager

📋 Description

• Drive data-driven transformation across large-scale public sector initiatives in Asia.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve data collection
• Provide expert guidance on data architecture, analytics, digitization, and open data practices.
• Support data publication, governance, and capacity building with training and knowledge sharing.
• Engage international teams and travel within Asia as needed.
• Lead data-related workstreams and supervise external consultants to ensure quality delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, data architecture, data management, or technical consulting in
• Strong Python, SQL, CSV, JSON skills; data cleaning, statistics, and visualization.
• Experience designing data models, managing large datasets, improving data quality.
• Knowledge of system architecture, digitization, DB design, and technical solution development.
• Experience supervising consultants and managing relationships with government/public sector
• Excellent communication; strong stakeholder facilitation and training abilities. English fluent
