📋 Description

• Own the foundation under every decision we make: what data lands, what our reports say, and what we
• Decide what the data foundation looks like and how it grows as we scale across every stage of
• Set the standard for how we treat data: trusted by default, understood by everyone, and
• Own migrating a legacy system into a durable data pipeline, identifying highest impact
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and data consumers, managing asks and holding boundaries
• Architect systems that repair themselves and push AI usage further in your own work

🎯 Requirements

• Built and owned a data pipeline end to end
• Design for failure: safe replayability, self-healing recovery where possible, and clear runbooks
• Treat data quality as a key indicator of pipeline health
• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders/data consumers, with ability to manage asks and hold
• Explain tradeoffs equally well to engineers and non-engineers, drawing ownership lines through
• Use AI deeply in your own work and want to go further, including architecting self-repairing systems
