• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage technical teams in agile environments.
• Analytics Engineering Core: Expert SQL and dbt for building version-controlled data models.
• Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of transactional, billing, or logistical datasets.
• Communication Mastery: Explain complex data logic to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Vision: Balance immediate high-impact needs with long-term health and debt management.
• Technical Contribution: Hands-on dbt modelling and BigQuery contributions.
