Senior Data Transformation Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data transformation for full-system migrations from acquired entities
• Analyze data from QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, and other CRMs
• Translate acquired entity data into formats compatible with Salesforce CPQ and ERP processes
• Evaluate and rebuild data structures to align with GAAP-compliant revenue recognition
• Identify, clean, and correct data inconsistencies and gaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, sales, finance, and systems teams across organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in data transformation, systems integration, or revenue operations
• Salesforce knowledge, including exposure to CPQ or similar tools
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reconciliation
• Working familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business processes into data logic
