📋 Description

• Improve and secure MySQL databases in production
• Identify and remediate MySQL security vulnerabilities
• Perform major upgrades with minimal production disruption
• Harden database config, access controls, and ops
• Collaborate with app/platform teams on changes
• Document risks, remediation steps, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production database engineering focusing on MySQL
• Strong security remediation, hardening, and compliance experience
• Experience with major upgrades in live environments
• Able to understand unfamiliar DB architectures and troubleshoot
• Expertise in DB access controls and security configurations
• Proven collaboration with application and platform teams
