Senior DBA Engineer - Fuze Care Services

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of SQL Server modernization initiatives in AWS, including
• Plan and execute compatibility assessments, upgrade testing, migration testing, and production
• Assess and modernize existing SSIS ETL packages and SSRS reporting workloads, including
• Maintain and optimize SQL Server environments when workloads remain on EC2, ensuring reliability
• Drive database cost optimization through instance right-sizing, Reserved Instance analysis, storage
• Mentor and upskill the existing DBA team on AWS database operations, RDS administration, cloud

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in database administration or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ including performance tuning, high availability
• Hands-on experience performing SQL Server version upgrades and end-of-support migrations, including
• Strong practical experience with SSIS, including building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and
• Strong practical experience with SSRS, including report development, administration, and
• Hands-on experience with Amazon RDS for SQL Server, including setup, migration, monitoring, and
