  • Primary commercial partner for EMEA/APAC sales teams on complex enterprise deals.
  • Own the full quote-to-signature workflow: quotes, pricing approvals, orders, closure.
  • Maintain deal velocity by identifying blockers and preventing fires.
  • Engage with sales leadership as a trusted commercial advisor.
  • Shape global Deal Desk governance and processes across regions.
  • Improve CPQ tooling, data integrity, automation; enable self-serve design and AI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Deal Desk experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to support complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including multi-year terms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ and CLM systems.
  • Deep experience in or supporting EMEA markets; procurement norms and contract conventions.
  • Leadership potential: building toward managing a team.
