📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Deal Desk management across the lifecycle.
• Manage deal queue, reviews, and timely decisions.
• Define, measure, and report on Deal Desk SLAs.
• Review complex deals; advise on pricing and structure.
• Primary contact for Sales on deal questions.
• Support RFPs/RFQs; maintain auditable approval records.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• SaaS B2B software industry experience.
• Proven experience supporting Deal Desk ops and complex deals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
