📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to structure deals.
• Review, analyze, and approve non-standard deals and terms.

• Implement Deal Desk policies and tools for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• 6+ years experience as a Deal Desk Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, Google Suite, and Excel.
• Experience with non-standard deal structuring, terms, and negotiation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process improvement and policy development.
