📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on complex debt implementations.
• Join implementation scoping calls to understand data complexity and customer preferences for how
• Work with Customer Success Managers and Associates on how to structure customer data, translating
• Collaborate with Customer Success on implementation project plans to ensure that complexity is
• Provide guidance to the implementation team on complex data reconciliation scenarios.
• Collaborate with the data team on questions, limitations, and issues they may encounter.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in municipal finance, with strong understanding of different types of debt
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups, complex formulas) for managing and
