🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, CS, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of data science with cross-functional impact.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, ML, causal inference, A/B design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks/Fivetran and AI tooling.
• Strong communication and ability to translate analyses to executives.
