  • Lead Army capture efforts across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation.

  • Build and manage cross-functional capture teams (BD, solutioning, pricing, contracts).
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and industry partners.
  • Drive competitive analyses, win themes, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Partner with proposal teams to ensure compliant, compelling submissions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading captures within the Defense market.
  • Proven success in winning complex full-and-open or large small-business opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and vehicles (IDIQ, GWAC, BPA, OTA).
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across BD, capture, pricing, proposals, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and market research platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or Shipley certification preferred.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
