📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modern core banking implementation and transformation
• Establish effective program governance, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and controls
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, architecture, data, testing
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing clear communication
• Support the continued growth of Capco's core banking capability by extending the existing team and

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex technology transformation programs within banking or
• Strong understanding of core banking transformation, including platform implementation
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and coordinate multiple workstreams
• Strong program leadership, governance, risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain
• Experience with major core banking technology providers, implementation partners or platform
