Senior Delivery Lead – Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of an AI-enabled SCRM program for DoD
• Serve as single accountable leader to government and team
• Translate mission priorities into a delivery roadmap and milestones
• Manage remote delivery with the government program office
• Lead governance, risk, schedule, and quality across the performance period
• Build and lead a small blended delivery pod

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in defense or national-security programs
• Proven delivery-lead on large software/data/integration programs
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive briefing
• Ability to manage a small delivery team and governance with senior stakeholders
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance (preferred)
• Experience with DoD SCRM Taxonomy and FedRAMP IL5/High
• Experience delivering SaaS or cloud platforms to DoW or federal customers (preferred)
