📋 Description

  • Establishing and maturing relationships with new customers

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical project delivery
  • Led complex projects end-to-end using Agile
  • Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams
  • Coached teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Strong Agile metrics analysis, process optimization, and cross-team scaling
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps
