Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of new features, capabilities, and product expansions for existing partner
• Translate partner and business goals into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams, coordinate across internal teams and
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for partner stakeholders and internal teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time, and guide partners through APIs, payment processing
• Develop a working understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex system integrations and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• High level of ownership with the ability to proactively drive priorities, unblock teams, and push
• Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to explore how emerging technologies can enhance
