Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Elastic services engagements from initiation to closure.
• Apply Elastic's Outcome-Based Delivery Methodology to drive value.
• Coordinate across Elastic consultants, architects, sellers, partners, and customers.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with time management and prioritization.
• Facilitate Steering Committees and executive-level governance for transparency.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Execs to support renewals and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading enterprise consulting or pro services delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent.
• Strong governance, risk mitigation, and structured delivery methodologies.
• AI/ML concepts familiarity including LLMs, vector search, or RAG.
• Experience delivering or advising on AI/ML components in customer engagements.
