Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end delivery outcomes across a defined program and coordinates constituent projects.
• Balance scope, cost, effort, and timelines within contractual boundaries to protect delivery
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior Delivery Managers without direct people
• Lead program scope governance and formal change processes to maintain delivery integrity.
• Collaborate to align program delivery with Behavox’s mission and market technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of program-level delivery structures, controls, and execution patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery implications.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise data integration models and connectivity (SMTP, SFTP).
• Ability to make commercial trade-offs on scope, cost, and timelines.
• Experience guiding complex, enterprise client engagements and cross-project risk management.
