Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new features, capabilities, and product expansions across a portfolio
• Translate partner and business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams while maintaining delivery timelines, status
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for partner stakeholders and coordinate closely with Product
• Build trusted relationships with partner organizations and internal leadership, influencing
• Work alongside Lead Solutions Engineers to define integration scope, troubleshoot technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management or complex integration delivery within
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex implementation programs involving numerous
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment processing, card networks, ACH
• Experience working directly with external clients or partners during technical implementations
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and technical implementation processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and present effectively
