🎯 Requirements

6+ years in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Experience with programs contributing to eight-figure quarterly pipeline targets
Full-funnel thinking: name stages, conversion rates, persona map, and leaks
Deep hands-on experience with webinars, nurture, and email at scale
Fluency in HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platform
Demonstrable AI practice in campaign execution
