Lead the monthly Demand Management process for the assigned cluster and rolling horizon.
Act as the single planning partner for cluster leadership and co-lead the Demand Management Review.
Ensure the final demand plan reflects assumptions, risk and rationale for changes.
Hybrid in-office Tue-Thu; remote Mon-Fri; full-time hours.
Mentor Demand Planners and contribute to scalable planning processes.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning.

🎯 Requirements

Strong expertise in demand planning, IBP/S&OP.
Advanced forecasting techniques and enrichment oversight.
Knowledge of market, customer, category, and channel dynamics.
Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain/Analytics; APICS desirable.
Proficient with Logility, SAP, Power BI.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
