• Production-ready websites using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion
• Strong frontend performance, accessibility, maintainability, and engineering best practices
• Excellent visual judgement, design system, typography, spacing, and layout skills
• Comfortable using Figma for design decisions
• Experience with scalable website architectures and workflows
• Proven ability to lead web projects end-to-end with stakeholders
