• Collaborate across Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth to shape user experience.
• Lead complex website projects from concept to launch with clear feasibility and timelines.
• Evolve frontend platform; improve architecture, tooling, and maintainability.
• Raise engineering standards through clean code and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant frontend experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Motion.
• Strong design eye; able to interpret design systems and typography, work in Figma.
• Systems thinking; scalable website architecture and design systems.
• End-to-end ownership; track record leading website projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent product judgment; balance aesthetics, usability, performance, and business goals.
• Collaborative leadership; strong communicator across designers, marketers, and engineers.
