Senior Design Engineer - Design System & Platform UI

📋 Description

• Research, build, and maintain accessible React components and their APIs on headless accessibility
• Work on the library enhancements, focusing on consistent and intuitive components API and developer
• Maintain the shared reliable infrastructure: Storybook, unit, interaction E2E and visual regression
• Drive adoption: high quality documentation, usage guidelines, migration guides, issue intake and
• Build the AI-assisted layer: Figma-to-code, component scaffolding, and guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience with production design system maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, semantic HTML, CSS architecture (SASS, CSS Modules, CSS
• Experience with component API design and headless primitives (React Aria, Ark UI, Radix).
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.x and WAI-ARIA.
• Experience with design-token architecture and tools (Style Dictionary, Terrazzo, DTCG) and Figma
• Fluent in Figma and AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
