📋 Description

• Own API and integrations design end-to-end.
• Partner with product and research to shape strategy for surfaces.
• Prototype AI-native patterns for API, including ChatGPT app, Claude, MCP.
• Shape integrations across the product with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Prototype ideas in code, delivering production-ready React components quickly.
• Lead the Design Engineer function as the first hire on this team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong design and frontend engineering experience with shipped interfaces.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, close to API surfaces.
• Interest in developer experience and MCP/AI-assisted workflows.
• Active use of Cursor and Claude Code to produce production-quality output.
• Comfort building from zero and guiding product direction when templates are absent.
