📋 Description

• Prototype AI-native ideas in code to production-grade React quickly.
• Ship Growth surfaces end-to-end: layout, interactions, motion, accessibility.
• Define what good looks like when shipping with AI; set quality via reviews and reusable patterns.
• Extend AI-enabled tools and processes; improve patterns and prompt libraries.
• Set the quality bar for AI-assisted output; collaborate with design leadership.
• Trailblaze the Design Engineer function; own work end-to-end as first hire.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong design and front-end engineering experience with shipped interfaces.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and an animation library.
• Active, opinionated use of Cursor and Claude Code for production-quality output.
• Strong instinct for design/engineering workflows; build tools/patterns to save time.
• Comfort building from zero; set direction when no template exists.
• Experience with our stack: React, TypeScript, AI design system, Figma, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot.
