Senior Design Manager

📋 Description

• Evaluate new real estate opportunities; decide design feasibility quickly.
• Lead concept design packages, FF&E selections, and space planning.
• Manage external architects and engineers to ensure quality docs.
• Partner with Real Estate, Construction, and Operations to stay on schedule.
• Champion circular design and sustainability; reuse existing infrastructure.
• Present rapid-turnaround concepts to leadership at the IC.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in interior design or architecture with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of construction process, costs, value engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects independently.
• Willingness to travel ~20% for site visits and launches.
