Senior Design Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles, using recruiting platforms, creative communities
• Recruit across Product Design, Brand/Visual Design and Design Leadership.
• Screen and evaluate portfolios, craft quality, systems thinking and collaboration skills.
• Partner with design leaders to calibrate on craft standards, hiring bar and team composition.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including portfolio reviews and design exercises
• Give hiring managers and stakeholders regular updates on pipeline health and progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for design roles (Product Design and Brand Design) in a fast-paced
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools, recruiting platforms and creative talent
• Ability to assess design portfolios and understand craft, systems thinking and user-centered
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset: interprets recruiting metrics and drives process improvements.
• Manages multiple searches and priorities at once.
