Senior Design Researcher, WHOOP Labs Doha

📋 Description

• Localize and execute complex research initiatives as part of multi-site data collection efforts to gather global design and product feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the WHOOP Labs Boston team to plan, execute, and analyze global design studies.
• Support localization of protocols for execution in Doha including any required changes to activities, session structure, or sample in collaboration with cross-site partners.
• Own research initiatives to support region-specific questions and remote global studies as a design research expert.
• Develop and maintain clear research plans, workflows, and deliverables, adapting to evolving priorities and constraints.
• Coordinate and own research timelines and dependencies using project management tools to ensure visibility and on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in UX research, human factors, psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience conducting research in product, design, marketing, or similar settings.
• Experience applying mixed-methods research for software product development and hardware data collection.
• Strong project management skills; comfortable using Jira or similar planning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple research initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Open to flexible schedule, including evenings at least 2 days per week.
