Senior Design Strategist

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients; solve complex challenges with human-centered design.
• Lead client engagements; develop research-driven insights and visual narratives.
• Elevate design strategy practice; mentor teammates and strengthen LINK's capabilities.
• Design and facilitate workshops, design sprints, stakeholder engagements.
• Synthesize research into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in design strategy, service design, UX, research, consulting, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, facilitation, and strategic storytelling.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and collaborative working sessions that drive alignment and informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex research efforts and translate findings into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and organizational outcomes.
