🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Design, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
10+ years in design strategy, UX, or related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, facilitation, and storytelling.
Experience designing and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements.
Portfolio showing design execution and strategic decision-making.
