Senior Design Strategist

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, framing challenges with HCD.
• Lead design strategy that aligns stakeholder needs with goals.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity to enable decisions.
• Conduct mixed-method research and translate findings into insights.
• Develop visual narratives, journey maps, and strategic deliverables.
• Mentor and coach teams, fostering LINK's values.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, HCD, or related field.
• 10+ years in design strategy, service design, UX, research, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, facilitation, and storytelling.
• Experience designing workshops, stakeholder engagements, and collaborative sessions.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
