Senior Design Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead and execute innovative design strategies for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and executive-level clients to drive visual storytelling.
• Translate client challenges into actionable design strategies aligned with mission and brand.
• Develop narratives and visual frameworks to communicate complex information clearly.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities and achieve outcomes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of design strategy practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, Human-Centered Design, or
• 10+ years in design strategy, service design, UX, research, or related areas.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, facilitation, and
• Experience designing workshops and stakeholder engagements that drive alignment.
• Proven ability to translate research into strategic recommendations.
