📋 Description

• Co-own Bitpanda Design System; design patterns, components, tokens.
• Lead end-to-end DS initiatives with product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate accessibility and user needs.
• Evolve DS operations; improve processes and tooling.
• Mentor and advocate for DS adoption across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping design systems with product/engineering teams.
• Expert DS skills; drive product quality and cohesion.
• Strong UX/UI design with autonomous project leadership.
• Proficient with Figma, Miro, JIRA; contribute to DS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
