Provide advanced technical support for DDN storage solutions across APAC.
Collaborate across APAC, EMEA, and Americas for follow-the-sun coverage.
Escalate complex issues and guide troubleshooting and incident handling.
Troubleshoot Lustre file systems and large-scale storage environments.
Work with customer admins to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Assist with product quality improvements via feedback and root cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in technical support or infrastructure roles.
Strong Linux-based storage experience and enterprise infra support.
Deep expertise in Lustre, storage hardware, and networking basics.
Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and in a distributed global team.
