📋 Description

• Lead a variety of exciting projects, from large-scale to smaller initiatives.
• Work closely with clients, providing support to their internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Design Principal and team to implement the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients, designers, consultants, and construction teams to exceed expectations.
• Lead design teams, managing drawings, finish boards, and documentation.
• Transform and refresh workplaces and labs for a diverse range of clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Demonstrated success leading design teams for Life Science, Corporate, and Commercial projects.
• Ability to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions
• Experience developing comprehensive construction documentation
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
